We only accept items returned in brand-new condition. This applies to the shoes or accessories, as well as the original shoe box.

After seeing the shoes online and following the Maevie story online, we had high expectations of these shoes!
From the moment we opened the box we knew we were in for a treat! The packaging was really high quality, and felt very high end. The care card and information also felt ‘fancy’, and added to the lovely presentation of the shoes. The shoes themselves are beautiful, a classic style with a contemporary twist, and the leather feels soft and flexible, and beautifully shiny!
They feel and look lovely on, and my daughter was, for the first time since she was younger, able to have the experience of choosing and unpacking a pair of shoes that aren’t trainers, which felt very special for her. Can’t wait to see what comes next for Maevie!

You can return for any reason within 14 days. For your return to be approved, you need to make sure the shoes have no marks and are returned in their original packaging.

Maévie was created because a mum couldn't find shoes in her daughter's size. We begin with teenage girls and young women who wear extended sizes, creating footwear that grows with them into the women they become.
